• Breakfast served from 8:30 - 9:00am (A light breakfast may be served earlier by arrangement) 
• We do not accept one-night bookings on a Saturday night in our double or family rooms in high season (June to August).
• No stag or hen parties, single-sex groups, or contractors. For group bookings (max 6 persons), please call to discuss requirements.
• Well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome in our ground floor rooms, if they bring their own bed and food. One dog per guest room only.

      Terms and Conditions

• A deposit by credit or debit card is required to secure a booking - 50% of total cost for a one night stay, and 25% of total cost for stays of more than one night. No refund with less than 14 days notice of cancellation. All refunds subject to a 10% administration charge. If cancelled within the 14 days and the rooms cannot be re-let then the total cost will become payable. "No shows" are charged full cost. No booking is confirmed until we we have sent out a booking confirmation following receipt of deposit.
• All accounts to be settled on arrival by cash, credit or debit card.  (A £1.50 surcharge will apply to balances paid by credit card).
• Rooms available from 2.30pm on day of arrival. Last check-in 9pm.
• Rooms to be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure. Late check-out times can be arranged in advance dependent on availability. Late check-outs not arranged in advance will be charged at a proportion of the daily rate.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. Anyone found to be smoking within the building will be asked to leave immediately without refund, and may incur a charge of £50 for the cost of fumigating the room.
• House-trained dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, in our pet-friendly guest rooms  and residents lounge only. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room/bar. Dogs must not be left unattended in the bedrooms in an evening if you are not on the premises, without prior consultation with the proprietors.
• No takeaway food, or alcohol purchased outside, allowed in the guesthouse. We are happy to lay a table in the dining room if you wish to bring in takeaway food - please discuss in advance. Under Licensing laws, any alcohol found in rooms that has not been purchased from Avron House will be removed and returned to you when you check-out.
• Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the Guesthouse without prior permission.
• The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry, or ask to leave immediately, any person causing disruption to other guests, or behaving in such a way that a breach of the peace or safety issue is likely. No refunds will be given for any stay cut short in these circumstances.
• All damage, breakages, theft and loss of income will be charged to the card used to pay the deposit.
