Avron House Tariff 2011

We have one price throughout the year to make it easier for you to calculate your accommodation costs.

Prices include a full english breakfast, which is served between 8.30am - 9.00am each day (earlier or later by arrangement) in our sunny dining-room. Or, for those who prefer a bit of a lie-in, we can provide a continental breakfast to your room between 9.30am - 10.00am.

Don't want brakfast? Then give us a call for "Room Only" prices.

Although we do not have any family rooms, we do welcome children over the age of 3 years but they must share a room with an adult. Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed in our Balcony Suite. Children aged 3 to 15 years are charged at half price.

Dog's Tariff. One dog per guest room only. We have two ground floor dog-friendly rooms. Dogs stay free as they should bring their own comfy bed and food with them!

We do not charge a Bank Holiday supplement. The standard price across the year includes Bank Holidays, but we do insist on a minimum of a two-night stay over a bank holiday. Otherwise a supplement will be payable.

Discounts may be available September to March! More info . . . .

One-night stays are not gnenerally accepted on a Friday or Saturday night during high season [June to August]. But give us a call to see if we can fit you in.

We do not take stag or hen parties, single sex groups or contractors.

Accommodation vouchers are available to purchase so if you've stayed with us before and know someone who would enjoy a break at the Avron, or you're looking for an unusual gift, then our vouchers may be for you!
