Outstanding Bed and Breakfast Facilities at Avron House in Babbacombe

Here at Avron House we have limited off-road parking available to the side of property, with secure parking at the rear of the premises for cycles and motorbikes. Alternatively, there is plenty of free on-road parking outside the property.

There is a garden area with patio to the front of the house which enjoys the sun all day. A perfect place to relax and watch the world go by, and enjoy a drink from the bar.

The Avron bar is small but well-stocked, offering a range of locally brewed bottled beers and ciders, along with the usual spirits and mixers. Chilled soft drinks are always available. Trading hours in the bar are from 6pm until approximately 10.30-11.00pm.

Our popular residents' lounge is a 'quiet' room [no TV], well-stocked with books and guest information on the area, attractions and restaurants.

We welcome well-behaved dogs and their responsible owners in our two ground floor bedrooms [one dog per bedroom]. Dogs are allowed in our residents lounge but not in the dining room/bar. Doggy treats are provided on arrival, with a list of dog-friendly attractions and places to eat.

We have an elegant and sunny breakfast room overlooking a pretty wooded green. An ideal place to start your day enjoying a leisurely breakfast cooked to your requirements. More info . . . .

We have eight en-suite rooms available all spacious and comfortably furnished. Some rooms have distant sea views across the roof tops of Torquay. Single and twin rooms are available on the ground floor. More info . . . .

All rooms have en-suite facilities, colour television with digital free view and hot drinks tray. For our guests comfort your room is serviced daily throughout your stay. Clean towels and toiletries are supplied to ensure your stay is a comfortable and relaxed one. More info . . . .

For those guests who require drying facilities, we have a small drying-room where we can dry your clothes and boots overnight for you.

Packed lunches are available if booked in advance with us.
