We have eight en-suite rooms available (all en-suites contain a shower), all spacious and comfortably furnished. Some rooms have distant sea views across the roof tops of Torquay.

Why not book our superior double-room for that special break? With it's romantic decor and flowers, TV and DVD player, and large en-suite with double shower cubicle, it is an ideal way to treat a loved one or yourself.

Single and twin rooms are available on the ground floor.

Dogs stay free : We welcome well-behaved house-trained dogs and their responsible owners in our ground floor guest rooms, if the dogs bring their own bed and food! For that pre-breakfast stroll, just cross the road and roam around our small wooded park (don't forget your poop-scoop!). There are plenty of pet-friendly walks around Babbacombe and Torquay, and some beaches allow dogs all year round. A list of pet-friendly places to visit will be provided when you check-in.

We have an elegant and sunny breakfast/dining room  overlooking a pretty wooded green. An ideal place to start your day enjoying a breakfast cooked to your requirements, consisting of:

Various fruit juices; grapefruit/peaches; yoghurts; cereals; tea or coffee; and a full English breakfast of bacon, sausage, fresh tomato, baked beans, hash brown, butter fried mushrooms and your choice of egg.

For the smaller appetite we have: croissants & preserves; egg or beans on toast; porridge.

Enjoy a drink from the bar and a two or three course evening meal cooked from fresh local ingredients. Evening meals are available Monday to Saturday from November to March (excluding New Year and Easter) by prior arrangement. Our licensed bar is small but well-stocked, and we sell ales brewed in Paignton at the award winning Bays Brewery.

However, there are so many wonderful restaurants to try in Torquay and Babbacombe that you will be spoilt for choice! If you require details of local restaurants just ask when you book accommodation with us and we shall send them with your confirmation of booking.
