We have an elegant and sunny breakfast room overlooking a pretty wooded green. An ideal place to start your day enjoying a leisurely breakfast cooked to your requirements, consisting of: Various fruit juices; grapefruit/peaches; yoghurts; cereals; tea (fruit teas and Earl Grey available) or a cafetiere of coffee; Or a full English breakfast of bacon, sausage, fresh tomatoes, baked beans, hash brown, butter fried mushrooms and fried egg. For the smaller appetite we have: croissants & preserves; egg or beans on toast; porridge; kippers. Ingredients for our breakfasts are locally sourced and our eggs are from free range hens at a local Paignton farm.

Our licensed bar is small but well-stocked. We sell ales brewed in Paignton at the award winning Bays Brewery, and organic cider from local orchards. Our residents' lounge is a "quiet" room (no TV) where you can sit and relax with a book, socialise with other guests (and ourselves), enjoy a drink from the bar, plan your day's activities or just watch the world go by through the large bay window.

Dogs stay free : We welcome well-behaved house-trained dogs and their responsible owners in our ground floor guest rooms, if the dogs bring their own bed and food!
